Service fee is applied by Wakandi on over-the-counter transactions (collections and disbursements) handled by the tellers.

The fee is paid by the cooperative through Wakandi Business Account (WBA).

The fee covers the expenses incurred on transaction receipts and SMS notifications.

It is a fixed fee applied on each transaction, regardless of the amount.

Convenience fee

Convenience fee is applied by Wakandi on the online transactions made through mobile money or bank accounts. The Fee follows different tiered tariffs on Collections and Disbursements according to the tables below.

The cooperative pays the Convenience fee on behalf of their members / customers through Wakandi Business Account (top-up wallet).

All prices listed above include taxes and are expressed in Ugandan Shillings. Please note that Mobile Network Operators may apply additional fees for transactions processed via mobile wallets. Alternatively, payment channels may incur other charges, and different taxes may apply.
